
Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) is a statutory enforcement procedure available to landlords for the recovery of unpaid commercial rent, exercised in accordance with the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and the Taking Control of Goods Regulations.
