Traveller Evictions

J.G Civil Enforcement provides traveller eviction and unauthorised encampment removal services undertaken in accordance with High Court enforcement procedures, applicable statutory provisions, and common law remedies relating to trespass, and in line with recognised professional standards and Civil Enforcement Association guidance.

By issuing instructions, the instructing party authorises J.G Civil Enforcement to take enforcement action against unlawful occupiers, including the removal of trespassers, the securing of land or premises, the changing of locks where appropriate, and the display of all required eviction and warning notices, as permitted by law.

Where appropriate, enforcement action may be carried out pursuant to a Writ of Possession or other High Court authority, enabling lawful recovery of land or premises in accordance with the terms of the court order.

Enforcement action is undertaken by reference to established common law trespass principles, including those set out in Halsbury’s Laws of England, and is managed in a manner consistent with other High Court and HCEO-style enforcement services.

All instructions are accepted on the basis that the instructing party confirms their legal authority to act, and that enforcement action may proceed in accordance with applicable law and recognised enforcement practice.
